The motorized lock did not reach the position the control asked for, or its switch reported the wrong one. Most often this shows during or after self-clean; the latch, its switches and the door's alignment are checked before the lock motor is replaced.

If it persists, turn off all power to the oven for at least 30 seconds and switch it back on.
