What C-21
actually means.
C-21 means the internal temperature has risen abnormally high. It is Samsung's overheat code, separate from the sensor-circuit code C-20.

The control asked for heat and the cavity did not warm the way it expected. A bake or broil element that has opened or blistered is the usual answer; the wiring to it and the relay that switches it are checked before a board is blamed.

If the oven keeps heating after it is switched off, turn it off at the breaker and leave it off.
Restart it only once it has cooled; book a visit if C-21 returns.
