Samsung uses C-20 for an oven sensor that reads as open or as shorted while the oven is running. Without that reading the control cannot hold the set temperature.

What to do when C-20 shows on the ovenKind of codeTemperature sensor
The reading from the temperature probe fell outside what the control will trust, or climbed far higher than the setting. A loose connector or a probe that has drifted is ruled out before the control itself, and a reading that runs away means the breaker goes off first.
