Samsung uses C-72 for drain system problems on its steam wall ovens. The water that feeds Steam Bake, Steam Roast and Hybrid Clean is not leaving the system the way the control expects.

The steam oven found its water tank empty, its supply short, or its steam generator slowed by scale. Refilling and seating the tank and running the descaling program come first; a pump, a level sensor or the generator is looked at only after that.
