What F20
actually means.
F20 appears if the cavity of a Miele steam or combi-steam oven does not warm by at least 2 °C (35.6 °F) within 5 minutes of starting to heat. A big load of frozen food can cause it; on models with an integrated steam generator, a water container that is not fully engaged or a dry coupling seal can too.

The control asked for heat and the cavity did not warm the way it expected. A bake or broil element that has opened or blistered is the usual answer; the wiring to it and the relay that switches it are checked before a board is blamed.

Turn the oven off and on, then restart the program.
Push the water container in until it engages.
If the container is hard to insert or remove, rub a little of the silicone grease supplied with the oven onto the coupling seal; never use cooking oil, margarine or other household grease.
If F20 keeps returning, book a visit.
