Book a visit

Three short steps, about a minute.

or call (844) 407-1890

Before you book,
in this order.

Each step comes from BlueStar's own guidance for F50 on its ovens. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit.

01

Unplug the meat probe and check the plug and socket for grease or damage.

02

Make sure the probe is not in the oven during Broil or Clean; BlueStar does not allow it there.

03

Cook without the probe for now and book a visit if F50 returns.

Still there?

It usually turns into temperature sensor and calibration. Book with the code and the model number.

What not to do

F50 is not the oven's temperature sensor. The oven can still read its own heat; only the meat probe is in question.

What you may
notice with it.

The oven problem F50 tends to arrive with. Answer these at the oven before anyone is booked.

Questions
about F50.

Can I clear F50 myself?
Unplug the meat probe and check the plug and socket for grease or damage. If it comes back, it needs a visit.
Can I use my BlueStar oven with F50 showing?
The code concerns the meat probe, so ordinary baking and roasting by time and temperature are not what it reports on. Leave the probe out until it is checked.
Why does my BlueStar show a probe message during Broil?
BlueStar does not allow the probe in Broil or Clean and asks you to remove it. That message is separate from F50, which points to the probe itself.

Still showing F50?

Book with the code exactly as shown, the full model number, and whether you can smell gas or burning — with a code, that is where the diagnosis starts.
