The steam oven found its water tank empty, its supply short, or its steam generator slowed by scale. Refilling and seating the tank and running the descaling program come first; a pump, a level sensor or the generator is looked at only after that.

Each step comes from Bertazzoni's own guidance for DEP on its ovens. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit.
Remove the tank and empty it.
Dry it and slide it back into its slot, then wipe the cooking space dry.
Leave the door open so the cavity can cool and dry.
To cook straight away instead, press Stop to clear DEP and continue.
