Open the settings on the touch display.
Find SHOWROOM MODE and turn it off.
Start a bake; book a visit only if the oven still does not heat.

Mode, not a failure on other makes
Single wall oven
One oven cavity set into a cabinet at chest height, with its own controls above the door and nothing to cook on above it.
Double wall oven
Two full oven cavities stacked in one tall cabinet, sharing one control panel and one power supply but heating on their own.
Steam oven
A built-in oven that adds water vapor to the cavity, alone or with convection heat, fed from a tank or a water line.
