What LOC
actually means.
On older Monogram wall ovens, LOC with a beep means the touch pads are locked. The lockout is turned on and off through the special features menu, where the display first shows SF and then LOC OFF or LOC.

Press Bake and Broil Hi/Lo together for 3 seconds until SF appears.
Press Self Clean until the display shows LOC OFF, then press Start.
Cleared?
The oven came through without a new part. If the same message returns during a later bake, or the oven stops heating partway through, book it as a fresh problem.

Single wall oven
