Each step comes from Samsung's own guidance for -dC- on its ovens. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit. 01 Remove the divider and insert it again, pushing it in all the way. 02 If there is no divider in the oven, make sure nothing is pressing on the divider switch at the back. 03 Restart the oven; if the code persists, cut all power for 30 seconds and try again. 04 Book a visit if it still returns. ### Cleared? The oven came through without a new part. If the same message returns during a later bake, or the oven stops heating partway through, book it as a fresh problem. ### What not to do This is not a heating or sensor issue. Remove the divider and insert it again, pushing it in all the way. ### I am not using the divider. Why does my Samsung show -dC-? Samsung says to check that nothing presses on the divider switch at the back of the cavity. A pan or rack touching it can make the oven think the divider is in. ### Which rack does the Samsung divider go in? On electric and dual-fuel models, Samsung puts each side in the third position from the top.
