C-21 means the internal temperature has risen abnormally high. It is Samsung's overheat code, separate from the sensor-circuit code C-20. Press OFF and let the oven cool. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### Should I be worried about C-21 on a Samsung wall oven? Take it seriously. It means the cavity got hotter than it should, so the oven should cool fully, and it should stay off at the breaker if it heats while switched off. ### Can one C-21 after a long broil be a one-time event? Possibly, but the manual gives no harmless cause.
