Close the door firmly and check nothing is in the way. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### Can KitchenAid 9d11 lock me out of my oven? It can, since the latch is part of the circuit. Let the oven cool and reset power before calling for help. ### Is 9d11 on a KitchenAid tied to self-clean? The latch it watches is the one self-clean uses, so the code often appears around a cleaning cycle. It can also show during normal use. --- **[Read on the site: KitchenAid wall oven showing 9d11 | OvenRepair.center](https://ovenrepair.center/error-codes/kitchenaid-9d11/)** **[Book a visit with OvenRepair.center](https://ovenrepair.center/schedule/)**
