BlueStar oven display What to do when F50 shows on the oven ### Kind of code Temperature sensor The reading from the temperature probe fell outside what the control will trust, or climbed far higher than the setting. Unplug the meat probe and check the plug and socket for grease or damage. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### Can I use my BlueStar oven with F50 showing? The code concerns the meat probe, so ordinary baking and roasting by time and temperature are not what it reports on. Leave the probe out until it is checked. ### Why does my BlueStar show a probe message during Broil? BlueStar does not allow the probe in Broil or Clean and asks you to remove it.
