Slide the water tank fully into its slot above the cavity. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### My Bertazzoni steam oven shows rES right after I filled it. Why? The tank is probably not pushed all the way in. Seat it firmly in its slot and the message should clear. ### Can I cook on my Bertazzoni steam oven while rES is showing? Bertazzoni says every function needs the water tank. Put it back properly first. --- **[Read on the site: Bertazzoni steam oven showing rES | OvenRepair.center](https://ovenrepair.center/error-codes/bertazzoni-res/)** **[Book a visit with OvenRepair.center](https://ovenrepair.center/schedule/)**
