On Bertazzoni's MAST30CSEX and PROF30CSEX convection steam ovens, a message beginning with Err_ is the one display message the manual sends straight to service. It gives no list of what each number means. Bertazzoni oven display What to do when Err_ shows on the oven ### Kind of code Communication The display and the main control board stopped hearing each other, or the board failed its own check. A power dip, a loose ribbon cable or moisture behind the panel is ruled out before either board is replaced, and an oven that stays on through this code is switched off at the breaker. ### Usually leads to Controls and sensors Dead keys, a blank or garbled display, an oven that will not switch off or will not respond, traced to the board, the touch panel or their wiring. ### Shows up as Oven Error Code The oven shows letters and numbers, beeps, and stops a cycle or refuses to start one. ### Make Bertazzoni A family-run Italian company from Guastalla that sells electric built-in wall ovens in several design series. ### Source Bertazzoni MAST30CSEX / PROF30CSEX convection steam oven instruction manual (us.bertazzoni.com) From the MAST30CSEX / PROF30CSEX instruction manual on us.bertazzoni.com.
